WARRANTY: Children’s Factory, THE world leader in soft play, provides a 1-year warranty on all material and original workmanship. Children’s Factory products are unsurpassed in quality and craftsmanship.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS: Children’s Factory products are specialty items and are made to order. NO returns are allowed unless it is for authorized warranty service. Canceling an order may incur a 15% restocking fee; in addition to the shipping cost of the item both from the manufacturer and en route to our warehouse.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME: Children’s Factory products are specialty products and are manufactured to order. Generally, it takes about 2-3 weeks (or sooner) to fulfill orders at the factory. Then standard ground shipping takes an additional 5-8 working day for delivery. This schedule represents that of the manufacturer and it affects ALL orders concerning Children’s Factory products. Please note this schedule can change at any time (i.e. holiday seasons and other heavy traffic periods.)

Please keep this in mind and allow sufficient time for delivery!

SHIPPING & HANDLING COST: A Shipping and Handling charge must be applied to all Children’s Factory orders. Some items must ship via freight/LTL carriers and thus the internet shipping charges applied to your order may be insufficient.
